I'm not much of a Gundam fan, but this fellow caught my eye. It's an all-plastic fully-transforming Z-Gundam, dating from 1985.It's a really fun figure on the whole, managing to be accurate to the Gundam ethos without looking miles out of place alongside my chunky 1980s Super Robots.
I have actually recently got another Gundam figure - the Chogokin GD-16 Mobile Suit Gundam figure, a small-ish non-transforming version of the original RX-78 Mobile Suit with a pile of accessories. Also turning up recently is something from the other end of the Chogokin scale - the GA-09 DX Raideen, the original transforming robot toy. Reviews of these should be up soon.
